can i use a ip from differnt city than the account was setup for?

my account was setup in a city about one hundred miles from me and wanted to know if I use a ip address from my city will they ban me? and how does someone get a city specific vpn or vps provider i cant seem to find one.

Unlikely to ban you based solely on geographic ip - is your phone number in the appropriate area code? That seems kind of a flag initially.
