Paypal ; withdraw funds ..

I'm french, so sorry for my bad english.
I have a real paypal account and since 10 days, i withdrawed € 250 to my bank account, 50€ by 50. 3 days ago, paypal phoned me :eek: , to ask if i really was the one who made a 50 € withdraw the morning, what kind of stuffs i was selling, were the item new ?... The woman said also to keep all the tracking numbers.
Well, i almost had an heart attack !
The same evening, i tried a 100 € withdraw, hoping they wouldn't blocked it, but no problem it has been add to my bank account
Now, i have 150 € on my account. Do you think it's safe to withdraw them, or do you think it's better purchasing items on stores who accept Paypal ? I'm affraid to see my paypal account limited ans my money blocked
By the way, i opened a new paypal account with an Entropay card (faulse name and adress), and it worked fine, i'm now verifed

I would buy something like a prepaid giftcard or debit card just to get our money out before Paypal can change their mind.

Well, the problem is, that, from France, we only can withdraw money from paypal to a bank account. There is no possibility for us to tranfer our funds on a credit card.
Maybe looking on ebay to purchase a prepaid card that i would pay with my paypal funds ?

Thats what aspkin is telling you to do...buy a prepaid visa or a gift card on ebay and pay for it with ebay....

Or you can buy gold scrap and sell it -- tons of companies willing to pay cash for it!

HI- Will They NOt allow you to convert the Account to a Business Premiere account, then Request an ATM card from Paypal? A PAYPAL Debit card that you use??

has to be 60 days old before you can get the debit card and they will NOT send it to a PO box -- so you would have to either 1) have an address on paypal that you can access or 2) have mail forwarding set up

You can around the po box thing by simply putting in the physical address of the post office (i.e. if you are PO BOX 1, and the physical address of the post office is 123 Abc st...you would put in paypal 123 ABC ST #1)
