Any somewhat reliable reloadable VCC with different name?
 

I'm aware of the nickname rule, and my first name would be easy to nickname but my last name is uncommon so that's not really an option.

Since most, if not all, of these VCC providers are running credit checks now, that doesn't really work. Are there any left that either don't verify the name of incoming deposits, or that don't actually verify the SSN? I'm happy to use my real SSN but of course a credit check or whatever is done won't pass.

Or what about getting a card in my real name and adding a secondary user to the account with the stealth name. Does that work with any VCC companies? Does that make them accept deposits with that name? As far as I know, they wouldn't ask for an SSN or ID of the second user, just the primary.

These idiots also suspended my uncle awhile back after I was suspended for having the same last name. He's on the other side of the freaking country and I'd never logged into his account. He was able to get it back luckily.

So I don't think using my real last name is an option.

Simon gift cards, or other gift cards. You'll have to register in your own name but you can send virtual VCC gift cards in other peoples' names without verifying their information (I believe) Or you can always just look for someone on this forum (newtools) who can hook you up.

Those aren't reloadable though, right? And they definitely don't have DD which AFAIK is a requirement for verifying an account (can't just do CC anymore).

The VCC hookup around here is nice...also, I doubt that your last name got you suspended (or your uncle) think about it...the chance of that happening are ENORMOUS...even for crazy last names...they don't know, they only go based on COMPUTER STATISTICS of how dangerous your account is...it's not some random hand in the sky thing
