Auctiva checkout Problem
I need some help with my auctiva account. I have a merchant account and use authorize. So I sat up an auctiva account or two with the right transaction key but my sales will not go through. I get an error notice that says something like that the merchant login is wrong or the merchant is inactive. I think that I have put in the correct transaction key but could that be the problem? I also was not sure what to put into the authorization line.What does this mean?
I have written Auctiva for help but they are taking too long to answer so I thought I would try here.
