Entropay.. is it okay with Paypal now?
 

We are going into November and I wanted to know at this point does Paypal accept entropay for verification? Did anyone have any problems getting their Paypal verified?

No problems for me today morning.

For me too, no problems with entropay.

Im having an issue for the past 4 days. I cant add card to PP. Getting this message.

" We were unable to process your credit card registration at this time " and that i need to try it at later date/time....

Does any1 else has this problem or it just me?

Do you try make other card?

A few days it's not work for mee too:

"We were unable to process your credit card registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date."

I and my friend try 5 times... different VCCs, different Paypal accs... all time is the same((

Im still getting the same message. I really hope its something wrong with PP since others who use Entropay can add VCCs.

Any of you raised a support ticket with entropay? The site was down for maintenance during the last week. Now sometimes, that effects making new accounts, adding funds etc.

Well i made one Ebay account using VCC that i cant add to PP. And Ebay did reserved money from that card.

Don't worry too much, their system might be down again. It's not the first time it doesnt work. We have seen glitches in the past that lasted for even 2 weeks

do you have to load the vcc before using it for pp

Not working in Lithuanian although, getting the same error message, I even contacted an entropay, but they do not help.

Hello, it is not possible to add an entropay card for the countries which are able to make a withdrawal on paypal, for example Lithuania, Slovakia, Luxembourg and so on, when you try to add a card it says :

''We were unable to process your credit card registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date.''

The members who are not able to withdraw the money via paypal, from the countries like USA, UK and so on, does not expierence this issue.

This problem is on Entropay side,it started when they performed a maitence, why do they take so long, everyone email their support...

Altough registered accounts are working fine. Will try today, havent done that in some time

Because it started with an Entropay maitence and a paypal resolves the problems like this quickly.

Russian users expierence this although, as I see it is targeted to Europeans.

Im 100% sure it is PP side, last night i made PP Slovakia and got that message, after few tries that account got limited. Then, using same VCC and same IP i made PP Romania and didnt got that message. And that account is still not limited, looked 10min ago...

So PP is to blame.

PS. Also i managed to verify 2 PP Slovakia accounts, and i was getting that same message but one day it worked. Now i cant..

It's not on a paypal side, I have called a paypal.

It is for some European countries such as Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Russia, it start a few days ago when Entropay performed a maitence.

Tbh, its a little confusing. If PP wants to ban some cards, they do it, they don't beat around the bush. And since Romania (robpav tried) and Bulgaria (tried it) can also withdraw to a CC, the previous theory that countries that support withdraw to CC don't work, simply doesn't have ground. I have a bunch of accounts that were made previously I logged in all of them, tried buying something, they all work. Must be some kind of glitch, I can bet my ass that Slovakia doesnt work via a regular visa plastic card. The fact that Entro was doing maintenance got nothing to do with all of this

its already ban.. entropay is a big company, if they have problem for so long, they lost too much money

M8 Entropay gives random VCC numbers since u make then before registering to PP and selecting country. If somethings wrong with Entropay then there is now way i could use same VCC to register from Romania and not from Slovakia and 2 min apart. Not to mention that i couldn't register to Slovakia and one day i could ( using same VCC number i tried when i couldn't ), but now, again i can't.

It is an entropay error, it is not possible to add it into most of the European countries paypal accounts, such as Lithuania, Russia, Slovakia, Luxembourg. But for the countries such as USA, UK these cards works. Entropay should fix this bug.

Rob, you can not, because an Entropay still did not fixed,it pisses me off.

Mosguy, entropay is a big company, but a paypal is way bigger, their maitences does not last for so many days and they do not give such errors, I have already contacted a paypal, it is an Entropay error.

It is not a paypal fault, it is not working for some European countries, Entropay said that their technician will look into this..

Malaysian people no problem with entropay. today also i still can use to verify ebay n paypal. :D

I just did... Made Romania and Bulgaria.... So it is not Entropay.. Just try it and you'll see

First of all, paypall is ran by a bunch of people who always toss the ball in someone elses court, and if you ask them, its NEVER their fault. Second, we have seen paypal NOT WORK for withdrawal to credit cards for WEEKS, not days, so please calm down

I am calm, and about a Romania, and Bulgaria, these do work and I have never said that these do not. The same about Malaysia, plus it is not Europe. If you are from these countries - do not posts.

Zmaj, some of the support members can be noobs, and a withdrawal worked for me everytime in the past 5 years and it works now,it just not let's to add a card for these countries.

Plus, forgot to mention an Italy, it not works for an Italy too.

If i used VCC and couldnt load it when i register from Slovakia and then i use that same VCC and load it from Romania then its not Entropay its Paypal!!!!!

Entropay does not work only for some countries, they do work for Romania! Entropay permorfed a maitence and did not finished it completely, they could resolve this more quickly.

Do i need to make you a picture so you could understand???

1. I have 5 ( five ) Entropay accounts, ALL are on Slovakia!!!
2. I made VCC so i can verify PP.
3. When i was making NEW Ebay account, thay asked me to put my CC.
4. I placed VCC that i made on one of my Entropay accounts and it passed check.
5. Ebay was made for Slovakia.
6. When i tried to make PP, using same info that i used for ebay i couldnt add VCC that i added on Ebay few min before.
7. Then i used some immaginary name, addres, email for Romania and i added VCC i couldnt add for PP Slovakia.
8. Entropay has universal card numbers, so me and you have SAME first 6 numbers, rest are random and NOT country related.
9. Entropay has nothing to dowith country you used to get their cards, if they had then u wouldnt be able to use card for different countries.
10. That bug/error or call it whatever you like IS PP related and NOT Entropay....

paypal is having big problem now.. some people just dont understand

I am not actually sure that it is a problem. Seems like they want it to be like that. But on the other hand, since it wasnt working for slovakia, then working 2 days, then not working again, i simply don't know. I just hope they fix it. I have about 65 accounts that were made just to be sure about 6 months ago :), but still other people have to earn some money too :)

It is an entropay problem, their cards to work, but not working for some Paypal countries, Entropay performed a maitence, not a paypal!

It has nothing to do with Entropays maintenance - give it up WeRnIS u r simply wrong...

Any update, did it start working or still giving the same mesage ?
