Help with text what I want send to paypal

So how you know, I have couple accounts limited, and funds I only can get after 180days. I need wait 4months to get money.
I read in internet, sometimes when you send paypal some strong words about law sue and other similar things, they allow withdraw money
I want try, will success will be on my side? But I don`t know what need to write. Maybe you have any experience?

Everyone tries that now. paypal laughs at these words. I laugh at them too.

I suggest you phone paypal and ask to speak to a supervisor. In a calm way ask them to help you to get the funds earlier for one account. ( If they find you have more than one, you might get nothing). Strong words can be dangerous
