help on Inbound Into Customs
 

Hi i have been buying some tools for my crafting i make custom parts on clay and i do use some tools and i have been buying theam on china because of the price less expensive, no more than $400.00 dlls but for the last on i order i get all this :

and it is been some days now what can i do i have a similar problem abought 6 months ago and a dhl agent help me on this i send a letter for what the tools are being use but now in usps i can not do it does any one know something i relly apreciated the help.

Are they name brand tools? If they are, more than likely it will get seized. I say this because Los Angeles and San Fransisco are among the worst at seizing name brand items. All you will get is Inbound Into Customs until you receive seizure letter in 3-4 weeks. If non-branded, no big deal as it could take up to 14 days to get sorted through and sent Inbound out of Customs.

Ha Recherche - I would not say they have been seized just yet. Only been 2 or so days and customs info can be delayed in posting. Wait patiently - don't sweat just yet.

Firstly you may call them to see what is going on with your packages,secondly you can contact your supplier and ask them to check it out for you,if your packages have not been seized,you may supply some paperwork to clear custom,but it is not guaranteed to work.

i live in southern california. for my my incoming items from china, tracking information always goes exactly the way you stated. every time. next step is customs releases it back into the postal system and it is inbound to your delivery address. this is exactly how tracking should read. so i am unclear as to why you are concerned.

I think the OP was copncerned as it was in customs for more than 24 hours. That is NEVER a good sign.

i hope that the OP updates us. surely there is more tracking available by now. if not, then i agree: i would begin to be somewhat concerned.
