I opened two new stealth ebay accounts, but they were limited to sell 10

hi, I just opened two stealth accounts with Ebay and Paypal. But they were limited to list 10 item per month or $500. Anybody uncounted this lately? There is a link saying I can increase limits by doing ID verification. And I called and failed the verification, and they asked me to fax some documents. Any ideas now?

I would not have tried to push through the limits - a simple search of the forum shows that this is a problem experience by a lot of people.

Now you have to 'create' your documents - did you get suspended for id verification?
