new bank account under suspended address?
 

I did buy the guide, I just want to make sure this is right.

My situation is strange I have an account restricted/suspended from selling, but not buying.

Then I've successfully managed to use another account on the same user/same paypal/same everything for a month. I can go on my other account and sign into my new account no problem, but I got hit with really bad new user limits to the point were I can't edit descriptions that haven't made a sale and have been active less than 24 hours.

My question:

Am I able to use a relative's name that lives in the same household, with a new credit card and bank account under the old suspended account address? and yes I will use a new cell phone number for ebay along with a new IP address. Thanks in advance.

No, credit card and bank account have to be different. Being able to buy on a banned seller account is not strange, of course they want you to still buy from them. More fee money for them.

Yea I kinda figured that out, but I can still use another seller account and I think you misunderstood my question,
I'd like to open a new a bank account under a relative's name which has never had an ebay under the same suspended address.

Oh yes you yourself can open the bank account, doesn't matter who opens it as long as its new.
