Best Labeling Service?

So I have only used ebay/paypal to create shipping labels. But if I want to create shipping labels that return packages to one of my PO boxes could I still use ebay/paypal to have return address as my PO box. I would think this might link my accounts?

What do you all recommend for creating shipping labels? Stamps.com, Encidia.com, or ebay/paypal?

the only address ebay cares about and computers scan for is your registration address.

you can list a suspended address under your shipping details 100% certain
