Should I close my account?
 

All of my DVD listings were removed by ebay at the request of AFACT Australian Federation Against Copyright Theft
They are buying DVDS and anyone who is selling ones that aren't 100% are getting nasty lawyer letters.
As I buy locally and overseas, I requested that my local ones be reinstated which they said was fine.
But then told me that they had purchased a DVD from me which proved to be counterfeit and this matter was now in the hands of their lawyers.

I'm in need of some advice, preferably via PM so I can add more details.
But I'll take what I can get, please.

Well if they got their hands on your address and the counterfeit merchandise they can pursue legal action, but whether they will or not is doubtful most likely a scare tactic in the making.

They are requesting that I contact their lawyers, perhaps I should call and make an appointment. :rolleyes:

If AFACT don't give ebay the okay for me to relist, ebay may remove any DVD I list.
