Is this a bad sign?

I opened a new stealth paypal and ebay account about 20 days ago. So I log on to the ebay account and try to send a message to a seller to request feedback but then ebay asks me for credit card verification. Does this mean it linked to another one of my accounts? Should I get a vcc right away?

If it was linked you would of been banned, but if you need a vcc let me know.

This happens from time to time. 123 is correct. If the account was linked, it would not ask for a credit card to verify. The account would simply be closed.
