How many hours after starting a bank withdrawal is it before pp can no longer reverse them and they go from pending to completed?

At least a couple of hours. I had pending status for a couple of hours, then my account got limited.

I don't mean limited I know they can do that at anytime, I mean when i withdraw money, how many hours is it before it leaves pp so they cant reverse it
