I am a new subscriber. I have been trying to find a decent conversation on the forum for asia based sellers with usa stealth accounts and nothing seems to be popping up.

I would like to know if there is a BETTER way to access my usa stealth paypal account than to use a dedicated ip vpn and a virtualbox? I have read about dialup but it seems really too slow for high volume selling like I do.

Not really, I think thats the only way to go. You could get a Windows VPS and connect to it via remote desktop. - That way your VPN and virtual box is merged into one.

You are referring to having an actual pc set up in the states and running a VPS through it? Can I hire a service like this or is it just too expensive to run such a simple operation?

Yea, you can buy US based VPS's for about $20 / month.
