Seems like By experts the safest way to connect and change your IP is using dial up.) I really not familiar with Dial up and I got some questions.

Im planing to use dial up so when you using a dynamic dial up is give a range of ips by the dial up number like a VPN works or broadband?

IS give you a range of Ips? Is it there static dial up on the market?
Can Ebay see where are you come/call from?

So if I use a far away dial number example Im in the US in east coast and I dial up a Canadian number is get me ips/range from there?
