It depends how many you list, if people report it, if ebay sees it, if the bots catch it etc.

After checking on ebay UK it appears that 2/6 get removed. Pretty good.

Someone else has to tell ebay that you're not allowed to sell that item in order for it to be labeled as verified rights owner violations.

Default Everything is VeRO

So basically everything (or 99% of it ) is VeRO. Everything has a brand name on it. It can be Levi, Sony, Ford & on and on. This VeRO thing has such a broad range that everything falls into this category. How is it possible to sell anything??

a VERO violation doesn't always mean you're selling a branded item... it could be using someone else's copyrighted photos, or it could be listing an item and using an identical description. MOST of the time it means you're selling an item, and the Verified Rights Owner contacted eBay and asked them to put a stop to it.... usually with high risk items. Such as clothing, dvd's, software, handbags, etc....

Am I missing something? How can you tell what gets removed?

When you get the notice that your listing has been kicked, you'll know.
