Not sure whats around on here. I have done it with entropay from another source not PayPal, but same principal.

This is only for some countries. North America cant do it with PP

If you wanted to use VCCs to withdraw onto then you'd need your own VCC account linked to the ones you generate - using the one time use VCCs would just put the funds into the account it was generated from if the VCC hasn't expired. If you want to withdraw onto a card use a credit/debit card or one of the gift card options. Or as my fellow pod rightly says entropay.

What source other than PayPal allowed you to withdraw onto a card, pod?

i was wondering if verifying by a 1 time vcc and adding a secondary entropay card for withdrawing will work or not

LiqPay lets you withdraw to Visa. But I think they don't allow it for US cards. Lots of rules with US cards

Yes, you will need to set it as your primary card though.

Liqpay allows withdrawal to a Visa. Takes about 2 days
However US based cards are not allowed to withdraw [I think]

Alright, so I use entropay quite a bit...never even seen the ability to withdraw to the card on the site. Hmmmm, well I guess I have some more digging to do. Overall it seems as though the US VCC are almost impossible to withdraw to.

Its not done by entropay. Its done by source. They just process it like a credit

Can not do that with PayPal here.

@pod, your knowledge with this LiqPay...does it accept Paypal payments? Can't find info on their site.

No PP. You wont find anything that takes PP in and cash out. Nowhere

Its just an e currency site that can send money from one account to another using cell phone number. You can load money in with CC and send to someone and they can withdraw to Visa

Based in the Ukraine. Its nice when both parties are setup and cards are verified. But again, no PayPal. PayPal wont ever be tied with anything that can turn PP into cash...
