How can I Sell on dhgate or aliexpress ?

Hi, Im wondering how can I sell in dhgate or aliexpres ? Do I need have to be from China, would acquiring China IP is the answer and if go to register in dhgate or aliexpress from china IP is all registration process will be in Chinese ?

I found how to register, but when it comes to money receiving you must be from China, because they request bank account and some identity ****s.
