Hi everyone,

I have a stealth ebay/pp account that I've had for quite some time. I never sold much on it, so I never bothered to get the withdrawal limits removed.

I added a VCC earlier this week and went through the EXPUSE to verify and everything was fine for a few days. Then, last night I get limited.

They want me to verify my location with a utility bill, send a credit card statement, and verify the credit card with a small charge.

Is anyone on here good with creating such documents?
