What to do to my old NOT Limited Paypal account?
 

Hi, i´m new here, friends,

i got in ebay 2 years, a buyer only, "ebay account 1" and "paypal account 1" were ok.

so, almost 6 months from now, i started selling, and to do that, created another "paypal account 2" and linked with the "ebay account 1" for feedback.

as i was doing the thing with a friend, we started accessing the "paypal account 2" and "ebay account 1" as we pleased.

i was also accessing my "paypal account 1" and he was also accessing his personal paypal and ebay with no stealth.

after a month or less, they limited my "paypal account 2" and suspended my "ebay account 1".

Got 1500€ frozen, they ask for Business information like Supplier Contact Info and Provide Invoices, which i don't have.

I still have my "paypal account 1" working.

What should i do?

Restore the old account, create a new one? or create another ebay associated with my "paypal account 1"?

You can provide the real invoices (if you have them) OR explain to them you don't have that information for some reason...make it up.

Otherwise you are stuck waiting 180 days for that money.

did anyone here got away with explaining why they don't have invoices/receipts on a business account ?, i have on a personal but never on business

i don´t have the real invoices, will be 180 days at the 29 of december,

can i have a personal paypal with an ebay merchant account?

Welcome to the forums - hope you find what you seek. I don't have knowledge on ap ersonal paypal with an ebay merchant account but, logically, I doubt it.
