21 day holding issue
 

im sure its been discussed before but couldnt find my answer.

question is if they are going to do the 21 day holding will they let me pay for shippping out of the money in the account? and can i buy stuff that i need?

Nope paypal will hold on to the money they will make u pay out of pocket for s/h so if something happens and u done shipped the item the buyer gets a full refund and a free item! and u the seller will be screwed out of the item! and out of the money! and even out of the shipping fee's! dont u just love paypal.
