personal paypal account

i have 3 stealth ebay accounts that link to a Premier Paypal account? will it make any difference between a premier account n a business paypal account?
"my expectation is to get 1000-2000Us for each ebay account, that would be a total of 3000-6000 a month for da premier account".

does it really matter for both of the ebay's account that share the same ip address? since they both share the same Paypal account?
