Just a heads up about paypal holds.
 

I know some people say once you get 20DSR paypal won't hold your money anymore and its true but I have an account with 36 feedback & 33 DSR and still with holds, but today once i reached the 34 DSR, payments weren't on hold anymore so Im guessing if they still hold your payment after 20DSR they might releasing in the 30's DSR. Just letting you guys know about my experience.

Yeah that does happen on occasion, I think it's only a random thing and that's when you have a pink header in your paypal account talking about payment holds then they remove it whenever they feel like but that's only happened on 2 of my accounts so far out of many.

I had over 40 DSR and awesome ratings...nearly 200 positive feedback. They never lifted it for me. Place is sickening..can't wait to see them go down the drain...or even if they would just stop with the stupid rules ya know? It's too much. Buyers have turned into total nazis and ebay has given them the wand to ruin it all and make the place a disaster. It's like if you have a 1% complaint rate...you're still booted and/or have your money held. I dunno about you, but it's pretty hard not to have one idiot per 100 not complain :(
Glad they lifted your limits though.

It's weird and random. I just started selling on an account I got from '08 which had eight feedback total, two from '10 and all buying feedback, no selling. I slowly turned it into a sellers account and have so far sold six items worth $30+ not a single hold yet, I made a $50 withdrawal the day after the first two sales and it was smooth sailing.
