Has anyone ever thought of tracking which agents are easier to work with and which agents are just pr!cks? Or like, what time of the day works best overall to pass?

My last call to ebay was pretty funny. I got the sub division wrong so the agent kept asking me another question. The question was if I was vision impaired. WTF?? I just started laughing and said "no". The agent said "great, thanks for confirming your identity and making ebay a safer place to buy and trade". Uhh....

you would have to get mc'd ALOT to get enough info to track employee shifts..I take it this is a joke

You usually have to send docs in after call, so you were lucky...

one asked me if i had veneral disease lately* and I said YES, but it was a trick question

Last week an agent asked how tall i am ,and if i were glasses ?!?! WTF!!?? i guess you have to use stealth names that are not common , if you use names that are too common they can get that info, and my account was suspended after ,,, if they ask you how tall you are and you answer is wrong then you can face suspension,,,

That's why you either say none of the above, or all of the above :P
