Auctiva Problem.... Please Help!!!

I just signed up for an Auctiva account and generated a token with Ebay. When I logged into my Ebay account I still can see my active listings but when I do an advance search through Ebay all my listings are gone. Is this normal and might take some time for the listing to show on Ebay?? Please help. Thanks
