Does any one have a list of any of those attonrney's ebay names posing as ebay buyers trying to set sellers up?

There won't be such a list. It's unlikely they'd use the same name and address twice, but most often they hire private investigators and it's not the attorneys. Anything near Woodland Hills and run a mile!
