I can only sell one laptop per 60 days.

not really,just gotta make more accounts to spread your sales out

Work hard, provide good feedback, ship quickly, describe your items accurately... and wait three months to have ebay approve you for more sales!

Why would you sell many laptops on a stealth account anyway? The fact is, the selling limits are keeping your accounts alive when you didn't have the patience to do so in the first place. You should be sending them thank you emails for having these new selling limits.
