need help to withdraw from US limited account - 180 days has passed

I have $360 in the limited us account (verified with vba).Now 180 days has passed and funds available to withdraw.
i dont know what to do to get the money out.
there is an option to buy product on paypal shopping offers,but i need cash.

any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

When you log into the PP account you will see a tab for withdraw. Click on that tab and you can transfer the money to a bank account.

My problem is i dont have a real US Bank Account ,I'm not a US resident.
I have tried to buy product but most store require verified shipping address,if billing and shipping addresses are different.
