When should I expect the Tax Man (uncle sam) to come knocking due to gross sales?

I perfer not to deal with it at all but what should I expect the tax man.

I foresee having a bunch of different paypal accounts and that will be a hugh hassel to manage tax wise.

Especially when they can go bad at any time.

I would love to hear how you guys handle this.
