Is it necessary to place a credit card on file with ebay?????

Is it necessary to place a credit card on file with ebay to be a seller? What is the purpose of having a vcc or pre-paid with ebay on file if you can just link your ebay account?
I was told that i can set up automatic payments with my paypal account.
What is the best way to pay my seller fees?

A: Credit Card, just not one in your name if you're using a stealth account

thanks for your input ninja, i definetly have a stealth account, so what is recommended for seller fees if u place a ebay vcc on file that you have no access to?
