ccnow info needed
 

Does anyone know if you have to have an actual webstore up and running to use ccnow, or can you just register a url and then use that to open your ccnow account?
Also, am considering using my cousins ss# and address to open a new paypal and ebay account. The problem is he has the same last name that i do, lives in the same small town that i do and , of couse, has the same zip. Also, his first name initial is the same as mine. Sample; me JOE SMITH, 123 3RD ST.BEANTOWN, PA, 17061 and him: JOHN SMITH, 678 MAIN ST., BEANTOWN,PA, 17061. Also, has the same area code as i do. Would this immediately send the ebay/paypal monsters into hysterical fits, or would i be okay? Thanks for any help in advance!!!

You need to space your typing out more ha - murder on the eyes diarrhea-wise.

For CCNow, you need a website.

As for opening up new eb ay, go stealth - don't use family info. Search around the forum for why this is not good...
