Will Policy compliance get back to High?

For the VERO issue, my account's policy compliance is very low right now. Ebay indicates that one year later the record will be removed.
I wonder, if during the next year, you don't sell anything or sell a few non-vero products, will the policy compliance get back to HIGH after that year?
Anyone has experience about that?

If it gets back to high, does it mean that,if you violate the vero rules again, your account will go back to low policy compliance instead of being suspended?

The policy strikes on your account will go away 1 year from the day that you got them. I would suggest that you stop selling items that you will receive the policy strikes for. If your compliance gets too low then your account will become suspended and then you can't use it for anything.

Takes a year for Vero violations usually.
