The only thing you can look at is the 100 hottest items in each category and that is updated hourly. Each item though has a sales rank for that specific category so it isn't too hard to figure out if a particular product is hot or not. There is no other information available that I have ever found.

you can try best sellers, but individual stats i dont think so.

Amazon never releases their sales numbers, they consider that proprietary. The closest you can get is the sales ranking.
