Negative balance on paypal?

Hi all,

Ok sold an item on ebay, to cut a long story short.. someone opened a case and i lost, which i shouldnt have.. in effect has left my paypal account with a negative balance of £100.. Im not paying it, the account in a steath account linked to one of my current accounts. The credit card on file is a virtual with no funds..

Can paypal seek funds from the bank account on the account?

Thanks

Yes they can, just pay it man and save yourself some greef.

If you dont then you want to cancel the DD on your bank account so they cant get at it, the money you owe that is.

ive already told you what to do so they can not get money from your bank, cancel the direct debit at your bank end.

Can who reinstate a direct debit ?

if you do what i have said they will not get the money, instead of posting here get to the bank before you find the money missing already.

Close the account or speak to bank manager to block withdrawals ie. direct deposit only account. Some banks can block specific merchants from withdrawing money...

If you felt you should have won, then for myself, I wouldn't pay it.

I just closed a Bank account linked to an account because a person wanted a refund. They never sent this expensive item back to me (and I fronted them money to do so telling them to get tracking, told them a few times but of course, they didn't. They want to keep the item

They also tried something before this by saying it was different than what was advertised, no it was not.

I have a few other accounts so no worries.

But I won't be part of any scamming when it comes to such an expensive item.

Report him for mail fraud.

Well reporting him for mail fraud is a legit move, waste of your time.

Man, if he really sent you a brick back in the box don't pay anything, and just cancel that card before it's to late, and ditch the pp account.
