First the buyer gives me good feedback and then file a SNAD claim saying my product is ⊗⊗⊗⊗.

So I told eBay in the resolution center that I can provide invoices from Office Max and I ended the dispute by saying "I can NOT believe I'm being scammed like this!! This is NOT how eBay works!!"

But I am very surprised:laugh: they decided my favor lol

lol congrats everyonce in awhile the good guy wins, just hope he doesn't go and file a claim with his credit card :D

I shipped an adidas track jacket to Argentina in 2008 by first class mail. The buyer left me a positive feedback that how great everything was. 3 or 4 weeks later he opened a dispute that he hasn't received the jacket. I provided the tracking number (when you ship by first class mail it can't be tracked until delivery but it shows on the usps website that the package was accepted and it was processed and left the facility). The buyer won the case I lost my item and the shipping cost.
