How to verify new paypal account
 

I recently lost my entropay account, and am looking for alternatives. I called my actual credit card company and advised them my card was lost (it was used on a suspended eBay account) and they are sending a new one. As the number will change, this should be good for one of my eBay/Paypal accounts. But I have more.
I also have a Visa Debit card for my bank - but the bank account, again, was used on a suspended eBay account. Can anyone confirm if I can use my Visa Debit card as a credit card for another ewBay account?

you can use an visa or mastercard, regardless of if it is virtual debit or credit..

Thank you Oompa. And it does not matter if the bank accounts attached to the Visa Debit card were used, or are currently being used, on different eB ay/Pay pal accounts, since the number on the card number is different from the account numbers. Correct?

no they do not know the bank is attched to the card, they have no way of knowing this.

one warning though, very very occasionally you are asked as ID to provided a picture copy of card. With a virtual card thats fine, picture of voucher, over the counter card or screenshot of entropay. Bank card, well thats harder to do, in terms of the name on it and sometimes the bank account is written on it too.

kris, why have you not just made another virtual card using entropay? What you should aim to do is have a layer of protection for paypal.

2ndly, if a bank account is linked to a suspended paypal account it can not be used again.

Well, at the time I wrote this comment, my Entropay account had just been suspended, and I was looking for other options. I figured the Entropay was suspended because I had too many cards, and it looked suspicious to them. Thankfully, I was wrong, and Entropay is active again. YES!!! :clap:

Ah, glad that is sorted. Would be really unusual for entropay to suspend a Canadian account: one thing you are allowed is more than one vcc . (And if you are uber sneaky ;))
