Buyer troubles.
 

The buyer will not open a dispute. I'm telling this dude to open a dispute so I can show proof my items are legit. The funny thing is.. I just got off the phone with PayPal and the PayPal rep told me she called the post office and the items are still at the post office, unopened. How the hell can he claim my items are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ when he never went to the post office to pick it up?

I'm itching for him to open a dispute. I told him I can send in all types of information... He's trying me. I on the verge of calling up eBay.

Most likely he is trying to get a refund + keep the item, buyers think their slick, doesn't work with me.

I called up eBay's T&S about the problem and they told me that if the buyer leaves bad feedback about the item being ⊗⊗⊗⊗ just let them know about it and they will remove the feedback. I also told T&S I have no problem faxing in whatever information they need.

The rep was reading the messages between me and the buyer in the inbox. I told the buyer how could the items be ⊗⊗⊗⊗ if they were never delivered. silly.

Also they're still at the post office and I have receipts and could go to the store and get reprints.

he wants to get you - just waited out and ask for the items to be delivered back in any case
and then leave him a negative for being such a douche

I wish I could but I can't leave bad feedback for buyers. Also the post office can't send the items back till the time is up.

eBay emailed the buyer asking him if he was commenting on the right person <.<

I'm on the phone with PayPal now, who is on the phone with the Post Office. I want my money!

Claiming ⊗⊗⊗⊗ before received? Competitor has to be my guess. Even some tool who wants to scam a freebie is at least going to wait for it to arrive. Even as a competitor not waiting tells me you are dealing with a Mensa member here....

Wow, well...sometimes you cannot really avoid these things.

Good news!!! PayPal supervisor released my funds early as a "curtsy" or something like that. I also talked to eBay and they put a note on my account to remove bad feedback from the buyer in case the buyer does leave bad feedback.

This is very stupid of the buyer. eBay messaged the buyer about it and he kept telling the eBay rep my items were ⊗⊗⊗⊗. However the PayPal rep placed a note and email saying she spoke with the post master at the post office in the city where the package was delivered and the post master said the packages was still there sealed in the box, never touched or signed for.

I really hate stupid people like this. I hope karma comes back and bite him in the ass.

Update: eBay removed the negative left by the buyer this morning. It was almost like an instant removal lol. back at 100% baby!
