Paypal (My Error) - Got Robbed
 

Hi guys,

I shipped a item on the 25/11/2010, spoke to the customer on the telephone several times seemed nice, I explained that the item would be delivered just before xmas, no problem item delivered on 19/12/2010, however the client says please delivery to his work address no worries as this guy seems ok. Mistake didn't get landline only mobile number, had dispute today for £490.00 customer not recognise the transaction. Google address seems several companies have been in and out - also some landline's realting to companies not working.

Verified paypal no limits, use with 1x ebay positives+ 140 + 1x neutral and use via my webstore. The account is in a family members name @@@@ address, as my old acc's had 90 day limitation's Please advise guys as I have now - funds in my paypal however I owe £250.00 in Ebay fees and don't really want to lose this ebay/ppal, however I may create several stealths to combat this sort of scam.

Any advise would be great.

Trying to read that gave me a headache. If you sent the item with signature AT the confirmed PayPal address then you shouldn't have a problem.

IF you sent the item anywhere besides the confirmed address then sorry to tell you this but you're in a bad shape.

You use tracking with signature confirmation?

PP account was hacked so not real buyer?

Your only hope would have been seller protection, but by sending to another address you screwed yourself. Sadly, you just got scammed :(

I wont send anything of value to another address. If they insist I make them change the address in PP first so thats the address I use.

WOW He got you good buddy! Sorry your going to lose that dispute especially if its a credit card dispute
