Made list of the available vcc providers (MOST) of them i have tested and currently have accounts with.

1. Bank of America ShopSafe.

2. Citibank Virtual Account Numbers.

3. Discover Card virtual credit card generator.

4. Entropay.

5. HDFC Bank india.

6. ICICI Bank virtual credit card.

7. Neteller.

8. Banorte tarjeta internet.

9. Banamex klic-card.

10. CSI Virtual MasterCard.

11. Comdata virtual credit card.

12. epayarea vcc.

13. tchek vitual card.

14. obopay virtual debit card.

That's about it folks.

Just a quick comment, when did you last test entropay? USA users have had problems with them. :spy:

Truth be told though, is we already have several VCC sellers on the forum.

They all guarantee and are accountable for the VCC's they sell.

In my opinion, getting a VCC from a approved VCC seller on the forum is a much better choice.

Its been a while since i have used entropay due to the fees. I am currently using Banorte, Banamex and BOA VCC. :nerd: Just looking for VBA accounts now. Thanks GB

Different strokes for different folks. I much rather setup an account and not pay any fees for vcc. They are all free once you have an account. so instead of paying $15 for 1 vcc you can create 5-8 depending on the service you are confirming. didnt mean to upset anyone just did it to help others, if some mods feel the thread should be deleted i will have no problem at all. :spy:

If they really are free, I guess it would be the way to go for people making lots and lots of accounts. :)

Think neteller has for canada.

i just registered for epayarea.com - have used the services yet but seems like I can register.

Neteller I am pretty sure was US only when I checked late in 2009.

They changed everything on neteller. they have a bunch of places you can register with.

RedDevil, you mean for Neteller? I don't quite follow what you are referring to "Withdrawing paypal funds". Canadian pa yp al is always bank xfer.

epayarea allows for UK registration I am fairly sure.

which one support international like entropay and able to withdraw from paypal?

@kyouichi, Don't you scared of withrowing money to virtual CC? Just google for 'www.epassporte.com' story.... My friend lost about $7k on it... I think such way of withrowing is really actual for little sum only...

i have withdrawn to entropay for years and never had a problem with them until now that it's blacklisted by paypal.
