Getting limited by paypal over and over again
 

Keep getting limited by paypal after first sale on ebay and the limitation is always the same

What's the problem?

It's been a while since you last used your account. So, we just want to
make sure that you authorised some recent transactions .

All paypal accs was made with a new window user, ip and entropay vcc
the email stated i have not login in a while but that paypal account is only 1 week old and i have login nearly everyday.
do anyone know what is going on?

Sounds like it could be entropay, I've heard of people having similar problems using entropay, I would try a different vcc. Could also be what you're selling.

i did use entropay with a few stealth paypal accounts. It will let you recieve money but the minute you want to remove 1 dollar i got the same reply..

Its just Paypals polite way of saying we know you are trying to defraud us :lol:

but i tried other vccs and i get the same limitation
can it be the address on those vcc?

It could be and could also be what or how much the product is that you're selling.

the items i sell is only like 20-30 usd each

So does the address on the vcc match the ebay/paypal address?

nope, i only tried matching the numbers on zipcode
does the numbers on the address area have to be the same and zipcode have to be valid?
paypal asked me for a new card and proof of address after they limit my account.

That sounds like the problem, you need to get a gift card and register it in the same details as the ebay/paypal or ask one of the vcc sellers here if they have any that work for your country and it's good to have a valid address and zipcode.

I was using paypal asia/ ebay aust no address matching no problems :)

so it does not matter what i put in the address as long the numbers digits is the same as the one in ebay and paypal?

example:
VCC: 222 meow street apt 4
stealth address: 222 woof street apt 4
and both use a valid zipcode

will it work?
but if its AVS at work here, won't my card be rejected when i register at paypal?

I do the same thing with paypal but it's a different vcc and it's US but doesn't work on other sites like amazon, in your case it could be avs or the type of vcc you're using.

but strange thing is i have tried other vcc from other seller included some from here and i get the same thing.

That is strange, maybe something country specific, I don't know, I would recheck all the links and make sure nothing is the same, something is missing somewhere and I see you're subscribed so I assume you read the stealth guide.

ya i have followed the guide and been doing fine for a few years without problem till recently i start to get this strange limitation on every first sale from ebay.
but i have seen other's limitation indicating something about their credit cards or even 3rd party logging into their accounts, but why am i the only one who gets this limitation indicating i have not logged in for some time which is very strange to me.

Do the people hear that sell virtual cards for the US have some for international players? I bet there's a big market for that!
