MAC Address vs Location

Hi, Can anyone help me with the following question:
Ok, so I have to used a different MAC address for each user account, do these MAC addresses have to agree with my location (ie: GB), or can I say use a MAC address that is located in for example Germany or even USA. I am using Technitium.com to change MAC addresses. Thanks in advance for any help in this regard. I am still not exactly up to speed on much of this 'stealth' business.

I think you are confusing MAC with IP.

IP address has to match the country the account is registered in.
Or they'll know very easily.

There is a way to do that, and I'm sure the other members here can shed some light.
