Hi!

I am going to India for a year or so...I have a Canadian eBay account...can I list it safely from India or will it get limited?

I am not planning to use any proxy just local Indian ISP...

Safer to make new one over there - or call and explain your situation to eb ay if you can handle a decent conversation with them. You might be asked to put documents on file though...
