return details on case
got few issues, I dont have cases very often, last one was over 4 months ago
had an ebay snad case come up, and I pressed return for refund button and I saw my address come up but buyer is asking me to give them address, like its not visible...this happened before too. So, question, does buyer see address? they should, but they dont seem to or is it coincidence ive had 2 of these?
other issue is, what if your return address isnt accessible, My address is ok on this particular account, but Ive got a few where ebays that arent accessible. how do you deal with return if buyer insists on only dealing with you thru case notes, the issues here are, if you dont press return button then the money remains on hold and you cant refund, so you have to press it. and then you can say just send to another address or add it under change details on case, as thats not stealth -so how can you get round this, is only solution to let buyer keep it??? |
