Questions about making USA account from India
 

I want to open ebay account on USA. I have everything to open it like proxy, phone, vcc. What more requirement i need to open a seller account on ebay and paypal.

No ssn isn't required and most people use vpn's from other countries, one that hasn't been blocked by ebay.

No I think you mean social security number (ssn) that's not required to sell on ebay but may be requested later on by paypal.

SSN must be for the name of the person using the account.

But just need to know when paypal ask for SSN. I mean i hear when we limit the $25k/year than paypal ask, is that right ?

No, that is a different matter entirely.

paypal in the USA can limit an account for a few dollars & ask for SSN. What will you do?

If you make your account I am going to tell straight that it wil be very hard to do.

paypal does not like VPNs, at all. They can be detected. Did you know that?.

Better hope you're using a good proxy, if you bought a proxy from a website that advertises them then you might want to reconsider this.
