Anyone tried their vcc with paypal and ebay?
it seems to be similar to entropay

Have you tried it out? Report back - could be a good solution but I have not. Test the waters out.

Edit: I did a quick scout analysis - man, the fees and charges are way over the top! If any one has input, feel free to chime but this has to be a last resort method...unless you don't care about a low-level reload 50% charge (ex. 25-49 dollars reload will cost $10).

it seems they can't be used for withdrawal from paypal, but they can be used for verification.

An expensive way to verify that's for sure. I don't like the "card shark"ing fees involved just to verify.
