Identical host names and eBay

I'm planning to use my university's internet to open up a couple more eBay accounts. The IP changes depending on where you are on campus due to router placement but would eBay see the identical host name of the university's internet? Not planning to sell VeRO items so I'm not worried about using my university's internet.
