Purchased PP Account vs taxes

So I was wondering what happens when the plan of taxing everybody by PP goes into effect with purchased PP accounts. You use it for sales, works great for you then what...the real owner with an address gets the 1099? Just curious :juggle:

Well I suspect if you owe the IRS, they will use their counter stealth techniques and track you down.

Lots of information on Google in regards to tax evasion.
