ip ebay account question

My brother has an eBay and Pp account about 6 years old he doesn't use and is willing to sell me. Pp has even been confirmed with SS. My main concern is he lives about 300 miles away and the ips will be so different. What's the work around for this? Thanks for the help.

2 things Quickly come to mind, a VPN located in your Brothers town or Dial up

That's a very nice account to have. Since it has been confirmed, IP may not be the huge issue - I would get his comp if you can (the one that has all the cookies, flash objects) so that the comp you use isn't seen as brand new. As for the IP itself, people do move and get different providers so as long as the IP you use isn't on the banned/suspended list, you should be ok.

I would worry more about how you operate the account ESPECIALLY if it's been inactive for a long time...
