Dont know the answer, but something to think about.
| Two Linked Stealth accounts with different information are going to get Booted at some point in the Future so I do not think that the SSN will be an issue, I just do not see the accounts getting to that 200/20,000 mark
So, Im assumming that we are talking 2 Accounts that have the Same owner, If that is the Case then I have to Believe that Ebay/Paypal will treat it as it were only 1 Account.
I understand and See your Angle,,However you have to understand the "Spirit" of the New Law.
The Spirit is Simply that the U.S. Goverment wants to Know Who Not what accounts are Recieving this amount of Money. Exactly how the Law is written and wether a "Skewed" interpetion of the Law is possible I Do not know,,I do think it is unlikely though,,at any rate the "Spirit" of the law is Crystal Clear, the Goverment needs to know who the individuals are Not the Accounts.
With Paypal being under Intense Pressure from the Goverment trying to Make them Charter as a Bank (Something they DO NOT Want to do), I Cannot see Paypal "Toying" with the Goverment on this Issue.
I am not saying that this is a Fact it is Just the Way I see it. |
