Default PayPal: Notice of Transaction Review

I have received a payment for the item sold on e.bay, print out the label using paypal shipping and ready to ship it out then received this email from paypal.

Should I ship the item? Or just refund it? What if after I ship the item then the buyer bank won't release the fund?????

I contact buyer and he/she reply that he/she did not know anything about this, even paypal send email to buyer too

What should I do?

I would not ship it unless you want to take the chance of loosing your money and product. I'd refund the buyer.

I just sent Paypal the email buyer sent to me and will wait couple days tosee what happen and will refund after that.

paypal are handing them out this week.

Keep a record of all correspondence etc. You might need to show that to ebay.

Shall hope for a positive result for you

The decision is up to you, I can tell you that I sure as hell would be refunding the buyer. The cost of the item is 3 figures, over $100, wouldn't risk it.

There is no link or button to refund buyer :-( I just put the note in there said I want to refund or buyer and cancel the transaction. Let see how it go.

Money still held by pp I think and there is no update from them :(

On the transaction details it said

Just check eBay account there is no case open by buyer, everything is normal on ebay side.

Buyer have 40 feedback (100%) and that is all buying feedback.

When I go to my pp resolutions center the claim list as "being reviewed by paypal", when I click on that link it said

Anyone have problem like this? I can not even make a refund.

IMHO, you're making this too hard. Call PP and ask

IME, this transaction review is due to fraud blocks on the buyer's end. If they call and say they are in possession of their card, etc, then the transaction will be released. It could be something else but this is the only time I've ever had this happen.

The buyer said that he called (don't know pp or bank) and they will release it in 3 days. Just got email from him on Friday said the payment have clear in his account and should available but don't see in my account

I can't make call to pp cause the name on the account was a girl name :-)
